Privacy policy

This policy covers the Carwatch LK website at carwatch-lk.afzal.app and the Carwatch LK Android app. Both show used vehicle asking price statistics for Sri Lanka.

There are no accounts, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal detail. The app does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, files, or notifications. There is no advertising and no third party tracking software inside the app.

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It is cookieless and aggregated: we see page paths, referrers, device class, and approximate country. There are no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no profiles of individual visitors. The app includes no analytics at all.

Our hosting providers, Cloudflare and Supabase, keep standard request logs that include IP addresses for security and operations. We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.

Prices and listing details are collected from public marketplaces, riyasewana.com and ikman.lk. Every listing links back to its original page, and we publish asking price statistics only. Seller contact details are never collected or shown.

When you follow a link to a marketplace, that site's own privacy policy applies to what happens there.

This service is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
